Community: Police Botter
#120330029: At approximately 1530 hours, a group of protestors began to gather at the Fremont BART station to protest the shooting deaths of civilians in Afghanistan. When they reached a number of approximately 150 they walked to Walnut Plaza where they held a peaceful rally in front of the military recruitment offices. After the rally the group walked west bound on Mowry blocking all lanes of traffic. Members of the groups began to display aggressive behavior by yelling profanities and challenging officers. However, the group voluntarily turned around at State Street and walked back, east on Mowry. Once again they walked in the street blocking all lanes of traffic. The group eventually walked back to BART. Officers monitored the protest, however no arrests were made.

#120330031: Officers investigating a forgery at Wells Fargo Bank (Warm Springs) discovered two suspects working together at separate locations; both attempting to cash counterfeit checks. Officers Gonzalez and Mahboobi arrested two adults for forgery and burglary. They were booked into the Santa Rita Jail.

#037 00 Liquors: Officers were dispatched to a disturbance caused by a transient male near the store. Officer N. Johnson arrested an adult male for public intoxication and booked him into the Fremont Jail.

#005 Fremont Blvd & Central Ave: Officer Foster arrested an adult male for driving without a license and his DUI warrant during a traffic stop.

#008 Mowry Ave & 880: Officer Valdes arrested an adult male for public intoxication during his pedestrian stop.

#009 Backdoor Lounge: Officer Foster arrested an adult male for being under the influence during his pedestrian stop.

#042 Bonfare Market - Armed Robbery: At 2320 hours, a masked male robbed the clerk while holding a small silver gun. Described as an HMA 20s, 506, black ski mask, black jacket and black pants. Units checked the area with negative results.

#035 - Ofc. Macciola arrested an adult male being drunk in public.

#028 - Traffic Officers Aranguren and Austin investigate a road rage incident. One adult male is arrested for being unlicensed and DUI, as well has assault with a deadly weapon (vehicle). His adult male passenger is arrested for public intoxication.
#029 - Ofc. Soper/Lambert conduct a vehicle stop and arrest an adult male for drug possession.
#038 Ofc. Chan arrested an adult male for DUI.
#043 Ofc. Macciola arrested an adult male for public intoxication.
#008 Ofc. Layfield arrested an adult male for public intoxication.
#007 Fremont near Mission View DUI/crash: Officer Layfield arrests an adult male after a non-injury traffic collision.

April 1, 2012

#120401013 Officer Stone conducted a traffic enforcement stop and arrested an adult male for driving on a suspended/revoked license. The vehicle was towed.

#018 Officer Soper and Officer Lambert conducted a traffic enforcement stop on two subjects known to be on probation. An arrest was made for possession of drugs for sale.

#120401010 A citizen called to report he was detaining a suspect at gunpoint for attempting to steal his vehicle on Pennsylvania Ave. Multiple officers responded to this incident. Prior to arrival, the victim advised that his weapon was actually a BB gun. Officers arrived and determined that a man was trying to find a place to sleep, so he entered the victims vehicle. No arrests were made. Officer Francisco investigated this incident.

#120402003: Ofc. Taylor checked a suspicious vehicle at Bay/Trimboli and arrested an adult female for drug influence.
